Digital rebrand and web redesign
I led the internal project team behind the Museums Association’s ambitious website redesign in 2020, which aimed to re-position the MA as a bold and dynamic campaigning organisation.

Editorial strategy
I was recruited on a temporary assignment to the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) to deliver an editorial strategy for the first anniversary of the Global Refugee Forum – the world’s largest gathering in support of refugees and the communities that host them.
Our target audience included governments, businesses, international organisations and charities. I led a team of digital content creators to identify inspiring human-interest stories and news of progress made since the Forum to publish on https://globalcompactrefugees.org/. By the end of 2020, we had doubled the number of visitors to the digital platform.
Content creation
I provide editorial content for brands to build organic engagement with new and existing audiences. Below are some examples of articles I wrote for the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew to inspire audiences to explore the wonders of plant science and the natural world.
